Puppy Buying Process

Every breeder will have a different process for purchasing a puppy. This can get very confusing and daunting once you have contacted a few so for your reference, here is the process for purchasing a Belzbentley puppy.

Step 1 – Enquire
Send through an email (contact us), txt, or feel free to call. This starts the ball rolling and we can make sure that the Japanese Spitz is the right breed for you. Ask as many questions as you like and ensure you are comfortable with us as your breeder. You are also welcome to visit myself and my dogs and see how they live, and their temperaments as these will be the parents of your new pup.

Step 2 – Reserve a Puppy
Placing a deposit will ensure your spot on the reservation list. This deposit will make up part of the final purchase price. NOTE: there is currently a 6-12 month wait due to deposits already placed.

Step 3 – Pick Your Puppy
Once it has been confirmed that your puppy has been born, from 4 weeks old* you are welcome to come view the puppies, have a cuddle and pick the pup you will take home in another few weeks. We can help with advising which puppy would be most suitable for you. (final payment for your puppy is due at 6 weeks AFTER they have passed their health exams at the vet)

Step 4 – Take Puppy Home
Pick up is from 8 weeks, (puppies can be flown interstate from 8 weeks of age and internationally from 12 weeks of age).

Deposits are not refundable for change of mind and are valid for 18months from placement. If there is no puppy available in this time frame you may opt to have your deposit refunded.
